The Mindful Senior
Have you ever wondered why, as we age, we begin to forget simple things like ‘where did I leave the keys?’ Or ‘where are my glasses?’ Scientific research in brain function is showing that practice in mindfulness reenergizes brain cells, enhancing cognitive capacities and reducing stress.
This course will examine the effect of mindfulness practice on health, education and living a sustainable lifestyle. It will provide experiential tools whereby we can use mindfulness to enhance physical and mental health, deepen relationships, and provide insight into paths of spiritual development.
